Unfortunately with the unexpected situation of the Corona-virus following government advice and to ensure safety to all our staff and clients we have closed our clinic as of Friday 20th March.

Both our clinic and call center are now closed, this means you will be unable to contact us via our phone line. Our live chat feature found on the bottom right will remain active from 10:00 to 15:00 Monday to Friday. Please be advised we are getting a high volume of queries and response times may be slow.
All appointments are currently postponed and are in the process of being rescheduled. Unfortunately with the uncertainty of when we will be allowed to reopen we do not know the exact date of when treatments will be able to continue as normal. We have a record of all customer appointments and can ensure no sessions will be lost.
Unfortunately due to the nature of the Groupon deal no treatment purchased through Groupon will be refunded. However, we will honor all remaining sessions.
We know it is not ideal to interrupt the course of treatment therefore as a gesture of good will we are giving all our clients with remaining sessions one free extra session.
To help us deal with the high volume of queries we advise customers with the ability to re-book their appointments online to do so to a later date. We will be posting regular updates here of the exact date of re-opening once we hear more news of the pandemic.
Our plans once we reopen are to increase the number of staff as well as working days and hours. This will ensure the demand can be met to the best of our ability.
