At last we have a confirmed date of reopening by the government. We know it has been a hard and strange times but hopefully its smooth sailing from here and we can finally move forward!
All appointments booked on or after Monday 13th July still stand and will continue as normal if your appointment has been canceled please re book using the online portal or contact us on the live chat. (Phone Lines Temporarily closed)
Please do not attend if you are showing any symptoms or have been in contact with anyone that may have had any.
Only two people will be allowed into the salon at a time. We therefore ask you to make sure to attend your appointments alone and on time.
We are adding additional time in between patients to clean all used surfaces. We advise customers to regularly wash their hand before and after attending.
We understand it has not been ideal for your treatments to have been interrupted and are therefore offering an extra free session to all our existing clients to compensate for the inconvenience.
If you are unable or unwilling to attend and do not want to continue treatment, we cannot refund already redeemed Groupon vouchers however, you may be able to receive your funds back in Groupon credit if you contact them.
